WeCare Wellness is led by a team of highly skilled and passionate Registered Nurses and professional staff with extensive expertise in clinical, educational, and management fields. Our dedicated nursing team is committed to delivering comprehensive, high-quality care services tailored to your needs.

Multiculturalism

Our team members come from a variety of cultural backgrounds and understand various cultural customs, especially with Asian cultural background. Most of our team member are bilingual, e.g. Mandarin, Cantonese, Nepali, Arabic which enable us to provide culture sensitive services.

Diversification

While providing home care and community nursing services, we also work collaboratively with Residential Aged Care facility and hospital to provide nursing agency service, as well as professional training, which help elderly and the disabled in various environment.

Tailored Service

We follow the Customer Directed Care (CDC) principle and respect each client’s opinion. Providing tailored person-centred service to our clients, such as tailored care planning and management based on client’s physical condition, culture, language and personal preference.
